Alepochori (Greek: το Αλεποχώρι) (Alepochoriou Local Community - METAXADON Municipal Section), belongs to DIDYMOTEIChOU Municipality, EVROU Regional Unity located in Eastern Macedonia - Thrace region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “to Alepochorion”. The seat of the municipality is Didymoteicho and belongs to the geographical region of Thrace.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Alepochori belonged to Alepochoriou Local District, the former municipality of METAXADON the prefecture of EVROU.
